Cookies « Melting Snow ». It is more crumbly than all crumbly cookies.

These cookies simply melt in your mouth, they crumble as soon as you touch your tongue. No eggs or baking powder.

Ingredients

• Butter – 250 gr. (room temperature)
• Powdered sugar – 0.5 cups
• Vegetable oil (odorless) – 1/3 cup
• Starch – 4 tbsp. spoons
• Flour – 3.5 cups
• Vanilla sugar – 1 pack (10 gr.)

Recipe

Place butter at room temperature, powdered sugar and vegetable oil in a bowl. Beat everything well with a mixer. Add starch, mix with a mixer. Add a glass of flour, mix with a mixer.
