Mushroom sauce
Ingredients :
1 tbsp. of Manteca
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
200 gr. Mushrooms (chopped into slices)
1 glass of White Wine
Salt and pepper
1 glass of Milk Cream
How to make mushroom sauce
1- In a pan we put the tbsp. of butter. Once it melts, add the chopped onion and wait until it is transparent)
2- After a few minutes we add the garlic clove along with the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are soft, add the glass of wine along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3- When it comes to a boil, add the heavy cream and let it cook for a few more minutes. And that’s it, we can now enjoy this delicious sauce!
