Pizza Boats๐๐
In a bowl, put all the dry ingredients first, then the liquid ones, and knead until we get a soft dough.
Leave aside to ferment for an hour.
Shape the dough lengthwise into boats, then pierce with a fork ๐๐.
Filling
As desired, tomato sauce, or white sauce, meat, or vegetables, tomatoes and olives, cheeses (mozzarella and cheddar).
Place the filling in the middle as desired.
Fold the sides as shown in the pictures.
Brush the folded edges with an egg mixed with a little milk. ๐๐
Sesame or black cumin can be sprinkled on the folded edges as desired.
Place in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked and golden in color.
