Diced red capsicum (optional)
Chopped coriander
Fresh lime juice
Guacamole: mashed avocado, lime juice, crushed garlic, salt pepper to taste
Served with :
Corn chips
Pickled jalapenos
Sweet potato 🥔 just roasted whole with olive oil in the oven for about an hour, slice open and scoop out the goodness for an extra healthy ingredient to top with all the toppings!
It sounds like allot but it's so easy I always have all these ingredients on hand as I make this every week and it's our favorite meal ❤️
