Every single time I serve this, it's a roaring success

- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Cook baby potatoes with salt and pepper for 10-12 minutes until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in the same skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Season sirloin steak strips with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried rosemary. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Transfer to a plate.
5. Reduce heat to medium-low. Melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter in the skillet.
6. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
7. Return cooked potatoes and steak to the skillet. Toss with the garlic butter sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
