How to make a minced (or ground) meat roll

Even texture: Mix the ingredients well to get an even texture of the meat. This will help the roll hold its shape while cooking.

Drain the breadcrumbs: If you are using breadcrumbs to bind the mixture, make sure to drain off any excess water. This will prevent the mixture from becoming too wet.

Careful rolling: When rolling the mixture, do so carefully and use the cling film or parchment paper as a guide. A firm and even roll will help the roll hold its shape while cooking.
