Baked Oatmeal with Apple, Banana and Walnuts

Sugar substitute: Vanillin (if needed)
60 grams of chopped nuts
Prepare the oats: In a large bowl, mix together one cup of oats and one glass of milk.
Let the oats sit for ten minutes to absorb the milk.
Prepare the fruit:
Cut the apple into small pieces.
Cut the banana into slices.
Add the apple cubes and banana slices to the bowl once the oats are soaked. Then, mix the batter.
Add the three eggs and the sweetener vanillin to taste.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well incorporated.
Add the nuts to:
Make sure the chopped nuts are evenly distributed throughout the mixture before adding them.
Ready to cook? Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).
After evenly distributing the ingredients in a baking dish, pour it in.
Forty minutes of baking in a preheated oven should be enough to get a golden top and a toothpick that comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
Let the cooked oats cool completely before serving by cutting them into slices or squares.
For extra flavor, try topping them with yogurt or honey, or eating them plain.

You can enjoy them hot or cold, depending on your taste.
