In fourteen years of broadcasting, Les 12 coups de midi has become one of the most popular daily events on the small screen. At lunchtime, millions of French people find the essential Jean-Luc Reichmann accompanied by four candidates who have come to compete in the hope of competing for the prestigious title of Maître de midi. With solid knowledge, some have succeeded. Among them, the midday champion Céline, the undisputed champion, Bruno and his new second, Emilien.
In the list of winners who have left their mark on the show, we can also count Timothée Cros. The candidate made his debut in March 2017 before being eliminated after 83 participations in June of the same year, taking with him more than €350,000 in winnings and gifts. On the TF1 set, the farmer from Cantoin in Aveyron shone with his impressive general knowledge and incredible kindness, becoming one of the public's favorites.
