1 cucumber
1 lemon
1 bunch of parsley

1-2 celery stalks

Prepare the Ingredients:
Cucumber: Wash and slice the cucumber. Cucumbers are high in water content and have natural diuretic properties, which help reduce swelling and eliminate excess fluid.
Lemon: Wash and cut the lemon in half. You can either juice it or add the whole lemon (with the peel removed) to the blender. Lemons are rich in vitamin C and help detoxify the body.
