Strawberry Cheesecake Funnel Cake Sundae

Prepare Strawberry Topping:

In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Set aside to macerate.
Make Cheesecake Filling:

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Prepare Funnel Cake Batter:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
