Ingredients:
For the Peanut Butter Pudding:
1 (3.3-ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding
1 ½ cups whole milk
¾ cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Milk Chocolate Ganache:
¾ cup milk chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
For Assembly:
15 shortbread cookies, crushed
1 cup Butterfinger baking bits
Instructions:
1. Make the Peanut Butter Pudding:
Mix Pudding: In a mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate pudding mix and whole milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add Peanut Butter: Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until fully incorporated.
